How to Shop:
From the home page:
The home page links to our main merchandise categories with features drawn from that category. There are also direct links to featured items and specials. The Juilliard Bookstore is searchable. Beneath the main categories is a search box. To order you must sign up for an account.

Searching and Search Tips:
All searches of the site are 'keyword' and 'weighted'. This means that the number of occurrences of certain keywords in the listing determines the result order.

Ordering and Security:
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software that is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We do not store your credit card number on our web server.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change you will be notified before shipment is made.

Shipping and Handling:
All domestic orders are sent UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Express delivery is also available. International shipments are restricted, must be insured and are prepaid. Please inquire at bookstore@juilliard.edu for more information. We do not ship to P.O. addresses.

Taxes:
New York State tax law requires that all New York State residents pay State and local county tax on any purchase. Clothing purchases are no longer tax exempt.

Returns and Damage, Cancellation:
Damaged or defective products are returnable within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment Options:
You may order online with Visa, MC or American Express. You may also print your order and fax it to (212) 799-0469, or send it with a check to the address above.

The Juilliard School name and logo are held under copyright. No copyrighted material from this site may be reproduced without written permission from The Juilliard School.

Educational orders:
Certified educational institutions may use purchase orders. To make a request please contact us at bookstore@juilliard.edu.
